How much does shipping cost?

All Rabbit hutches are delivered free of charge in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

For other items, the following applies.  Shipping within Ireland (inc NI) is a flat rate of €4.95 up to a maximum package weight of 25kg. For larger consignments, delivery is charged at €4.95 per additional 25kg or part thereof.

Delivery is free for all hutches.

***Christmas orders***

Please note the cut-off time for orders to be delivered before Christmas is 2pm, Thursday 19th December 2019.  However, we do advise that orders are placed well in advance to help prevent last minute issues.  After this date our next dispatch date is on Tuesday, 7th January 2020 and will be delivered in the following days.

Due to how busy our couriers are, please note they will be delivering on Saturdays and possibly Sundays during December.

Please note, we are running low on stock of some products, so please order as soon as possible to ensure availability.  As usual, everything on the website is in stock, unless otherwise indicated.

***Christmas / New Year Opening Times***

Our offices are closed from 4pm on 23rd of December until Monday 6th of January.  There is no-one available during this time.  If you call or e-mail during this time, we will return your call as soon as we re-open on 6th of January.

After the holidays, our first dispatch day is Tuesday, 7th of January.  Orders placed online during the Christmas / New Year period will be dispatched on that day and will be delivered in the following days.  After this date, all is back to normal and regular opening hours resume.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched daily, with orders received before 2 pm leaving us that very day.  During busy periods there can be a slight delay in dispatch, while this does not happen often, it can occur so please be aware of this.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery is the typically within one to two working days following this throughout Ireland.   All orders must be signed for.  It is possible that sometimes items can get delayed with the courier, thankfully this is rare, but please allow an extra day or contact us and we can check on the item.

Where are you located and can items be collected?

We are located in Arklow Town, Co. Wicklow and are an online-only business.  Orders may be collected (by prior arrangement only) but we do ask that we speak on the phone in advance to arrange this.  When collecting orders they must be paid for at the time of collection, please don’t order online as online orders can only be delivered.

Is my product in stock?

All products on our website are in stock.  If a product is out of stock we will have it marked as so in the online store.  In the exceptional circumstances that an order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with a delivery date.
